Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical support to Dealers and Customers
- Support the sales tool in order to increase sales rate and income
- Create specs of new configurations on internal sales representatives requests
- Create Technical Bulletins informing product changes, vendor changes and product improvements
- Create Applications that would help the customer and dealer understand in deep about the product
- Look up for solutions to field issues of the product
- Deliver Technical presentations that explain the product to customers and prospective customers
- Confer with Design engineering department in order to create customized products for clients
- Managed and updated one of the most important client account Femsa around 118 different configurations, administrating the application process (Sales, applications, design, release) in order to present proposal for a 4 year tender.
- Developed a database to administrate daily tasks, internal projects and issues with the sales tool Prospector, that would allow the Sales Engineering department to analyze and determine countermeasures to improve service and product quality.
- Developed application form for PACCAR MX-13 parameters in order to determine the best selection of power train for an specific truck/tractor application within the Kenworth Mexico product line.
Product Engineer

- Leader of the all electrical international shuttle bus project EV proto in Mexicali, coordinating operators and supervisors to successfully build the vehicle and document the process
- Bill of material creation of products (limousines, buses)
- Created Limousine and Bus layouts for sales, quality and production purposes
- As product engineer helped with 2 of the major sales in Mexico by presenting the benefits of working with hybrid buses and green technology on the transportation industry
